Thanksgiving Day

A picture of the whole group excluding me because I was taking it.

The placecards that my mom and I made.

A few of the essentials of a thanksgiving meal:

The yummy rolls that my aunt made!

A very great turkey that was so moist and savory.

My mom's famous gravy. Look at the steam that is coming off that gravy.

Thanksgiving this year was different then any of the other years. We usually spend Thanksgiving at my Grandma Robinson's house, but my dad wanted to do it at home this year. We spent Thanksgiving at home with my mom and dad, Kendra, Shean, my aunt Susan and uncle Randall and my cousin Amanda. It was quite small this year, but it was actually relaxing. It was really enjoyable and I think we made it quite fun and a new tradition than what we have done in the past.

The Beginning of Thanksgiving Break

On Tuesday night, a bunch of my friends and I were so excited that it was finally Thanksgiving break. We decided to celebrate, so we went to chili's late that night. We took a few pictures on the way there and then, of course, pictures of us enjoying our food. We all got quite the variety of foods: Bacon Cheeseburger, fries dipped with icecream, lava molten cakes, and chips and salsa. YUMMMMY! What a great way to start off the holiday break.

Kendra's Shower

A couple weeks ago Kendra had a few bridal showers up at home. It was a great weekend to see all the cousins and friends from town. We are so excited for Kendra and Shean!

Nate and Mckenna have so much fun when they are together. What cute 2nd Cousins!

A picture of my sisters and our favorite niece, Mckenna (she was getting tired by then).

The Ratings

These were just a few pictures that were taken before the movie.

These pictures were taken outside the theatre while we were waiting in line to go see it.
My roommates wanted to buy t-shirts and wear them to the show, but I thought I would design some and have them made from a good friend for a lot cheaper! They thought that was a great idea. Not only was it cheaper, but they were customized! :) Side note: 01 not only stands for Edward, it also stands for apartment #1. We thought that was pretty clever.

I know it has taken me forever to post this, but I have been super super busy. Twilight was awesome everyone! I just thought I would tell you that I really did enjoy it and I hope that you will like it as much as I did. The movie went so fast it felt like since it followed the book very well! For those of you who have not read the book, I recommend that you read the book before you go so you don't think we, as readers, are lame. You will also enjoy the movie a lot more, hopefully. I have heard a lot that like it and a lot that don't care for it. I can't wait for the next one to come out.

YES!!!! TWILIGHT TICKETS!!!!

I know I know there are probably a lot of you who are jealous. Just kidding! There are probably a lot of you who don't care and think this is another High School Musical movie, but not really for me! I would probably think that way if I haven't read the books. Yes! That's right! My roommates and I got tickets 2 weeks in advance so we could see it at the midnight showing. I have never done this before. Some of my roommates are so into it that they are one of those who dresses up like a vampire to go to the movie. That's going a little too far for me. BUT I designed some t-shirts to be printed so we could have unique shirts. I'll take pictures when we wear them. I just hope that the movie is as good as the books. The characters for Bella and Edward seem a little iffy. I hope I can fall in love with them as much as I have in the books. :)

The New Canon SD1100

I have been wanting a good quality camera to take descent pictures for a while now. Ever since I started scrapbooking at work and they want some good looking pictures I thought I should invest in a camera so i can use my own, personal photos. I love this camera already! I guess if Mollie recommended it and approved of it, then it's a really nice camera.

Ninja Invaders

This top picture is me with all my roomies! They are so fun!

This past Tuesday night (yes this past week has been loaded with activities right and left) our roommate came into one of the rooms dressed up as a ninja and made us all jump. She thought we should all dress up as ninjas and go around and invade all the apartments. We got a few screams and laughs and others just looked at us and was wondering what the heck we are doing. It was so much fun! It sure entertained all of us. We were having so much fun that after we did all 32 apartments in our complex we went next door and did random people who we have no idea who they were. It's fun doing it to people we have no idea who they are because we can be as goofy as we want to. :) Oh the life of a college student!

Did I say Jazz fan!?

This past Monday I got to meet the Jazz players! It was a lot of fun! One of the things that I have always wanted to do is meet Deron Williams and get his autograph. I went with my sister and her fiance, Shean and I took a friend along with me as well. I am so excited for this season to start! I just wanted to tell everyone about my excitement since I haven't posted for a while. :) Oh and I wish I knew how to rotate pictures on a Mac so let me know if you know how!
