Father's Day Weekend

I have decided it would be a good idea to put up some pictures of Father's day finally. Kendra and I drove up together and I don't think we realized what we were getting ourselves into that weekend. We brought up our bikes to bike around the lake thinking that it wouldn't be too hard b/c there aren't very many hills that we would have to go up. WRONG! There were quite a few little hills to go up on the east side of the lake if you don't already know that. We started from our house at 6:15 am and biked south towards Laketown. We figured out that the lake is 52 miles all the way around! BUT of course we did not make it all the way. We biked 40 miles though in 4 hours! We made it to St. Charles, ID (40 miles). I think Kendra could have kept going, but I knew my legs were going to die on me if I went any further. We had our mom come and pick us up. That was a fun thing that we did and accomplished one of our goals! We've been wanting to do that for a long while now. (Sorry we didn't get any pictures)

We later then went out on our parent's boat to have a little BBQ in the marina. It was so nice and warm! After we ate, we decided to take it out on the lake and enjoy the warm weather. Too bad the water wasn't warm enough to get into!

Later that night, my bro-in-law and dad went golfing while we hit a few balls on the driving range. That was some fun entertainment to watch my sisters and mom hit some balls! I think we all got a few laughs in.

Thanks once again family for the wonderful time we had! We had a full day of entertainment. I love to be able to come home and relax and enjoy beautiful Bear Lake with my family.
