Father's Day Weekend

Here are a few things that I did this past weekend:

Watched Mckenna ride her bike and tell us all about it.

Mckenna earned her bike and she loves it! Look how proud and happy she is!

The soil was awesome!! It was somewhat damp when we started and then it started to rain when we got done planting. Then the sun came out the first of the week. How perfect is that?!

We planted the garden on Saturday. It was great bonding time with just my dad and me.

Kendra and everyone else showed up at the last part. I don't look that great because it was raining on my dad and me while were were planting the garden. (check out how pink my hand got from the seeds!)

I taught Mckenna how to throw the pop-its! She loved it. What great entertainment for only a dollar. I love her at this age because she loves to show you all the different things she can do as a big girl.
And this was on my way back to my place Sunday night. Pictures cannot describe how pretty this rainbow was! The fields were so bright and GREEN and then you had two FULL rainbows in the fields. So pretty.

I also went on a 10 mile bike ride with my mom. How lucky am I to spend time alone with my parents. I love them so much! Can't wait for the 4th of July weekend now!

Love,
-L

We love having you come home too! Thanks for helping your dad plant the garden. It would be nice if we get some good veggies from it! Thanks too for biking with me. You keep me motivated!
